Challenges

I have encountered two challenges during my time at college.  One of these challenges was deciding at the beginning of last semester how many organizations I could participate in.  I had to consider how much time each organization would need as well as how much time I would need to put into my classes and earning LEAD points.  The other challenge has been working to coordinate events between the different organizations I participate in.  There have been many factors to consider when trying to plan events such as when members of the organization can attend, what kind of set-up is required, and if other students can attend if the event is a LEAD event.
